I'm anemic too and also have sleep apnea so I could take a nap at anytime :-) I'm taking Ferraplus, do you take anything? Congrats on the weightloss! Keep workin' it out girl! @sky8725 my nutritionalist told me about Ferretts. It's a high potency iron supplement. It's 106mg. Also what makes my anemia worst is that I have fibroids that make my period very heavy. They put me on the Depo Vera to make my periods stop and my period lasted a whole month, but it finally stopped. Thank goodness. So now maybe I can get some of my energy back.
Tonia - so good to see you! 30 lbs is YOURS to LOSE. . .you can do this! 2 years post op. . .we need a celebration video. . .what you have learned or something. . .you have inspired me on may occasions. i am smiling knowing that i have given you some of that in return, yay! Good to hear that you are down 10 of those 15 lbs and that the unfill is working for you. we must take care of our tools in order to see the wls results. keep working it girl! much love, Wendy
@poet111 Well your way more observant that I am. Cause I have been confused all the way up the last two season. Actually I really liked the ending. It somewhat gave closure and still left you thinking. There will not be a another series like it.
