What box sizes do you recommend for the various pairs?

Depends what size charts you want to make, and the time-frame you want to look at. The smaller the price-movement, the more boxes you'll be filing in. P&F charts are great for long-term perspective on price. Since FX is so volatile right now, and - God willing - will be for the coming year, I don't think P&F charts on currencies would help, but a long term trader might box 20 pips on the eurusd... better to plot something like gold, commodities, in order to inform your Forex trading...
