sirloin is good sure but i dont find it to be the best burger meat, sirloin steak sure but a good ground chuick is burger meat. and again if you go to the cost of getting irloin WHY THE HELL would you cook it to shit, sirloin is a great grade meat and med rare tops. but again to all their own. bu tlike you said you hate steak so you're obviously not a big meat eater or at least beef.

@Necrodius well buy some real meat not safeway ground crap. get real ground chuck and make a real burger. Med rare is about as far as real meat should ever be cooked, to all their own. grey meat has lost almost all nutrients why even eat the meat...

@FilmandTVMaker Well done meat is good, and who said anything about safeway ground crap? I prefer black angus or ground sirloin not standard 73/27 ground beef or something. Sirloin all the way when I can get it. Might surprise you if you ever try a ground sirloin burger like that someday, really really good.

@cameosam Well done meat with a quick light char on it with some swiss, mayo, tomato, and extra crisp bacon on a nice bun is amazing flavor so not really missing out on anything other than mushy textured meat and undercooked meat taste

@cameosam I hate most steaks cause I dont eat anything not well done. And I dont leave stuff on the grill like its an accident I cook em just right, great flavor too. Anyway only steaks I really eat are salisbury steak, chopped steak, or country fried steak

Great idea and vid. Looks great and I'm gonna try it with my back-yard grown superHOT chile peppers and cheese. But I will use a regular sesame seed bun and regular fixin's (tomato, lettuce, pickle, etc.) on occasion. A Jalapeno burger or Bhut Jolokia burger sounds right up my alley. Mmmm!
