this song was about when jesus was in the upper room and he passed the cup and said that this is my blood. it was a jewish custom for the groom to offer te bride a cup of wine and if she drank of it that meant that she agreed to marry him

Mike: We had to have a name for this weekend thing and we were driving home. As we were getting off the exit from 95 in West Palm Beach, Fla., that was the name of the street exit. So I looked up at the sign and said, How about Tenth Avenue North and everyone said, We can live with that. It was a name that we always planned to change to something else, but we never did. So here we are.
