@MrJohne21 You are right about all of those, except Somaliland. Somaliland is part of Somalia in the way Vojvodina is part of Serbia, and Chechnya is part of Russia.

I liked this. As each country was shown, I tried to fire off the capital. It's a challenge, even though we have the video "Down in Africa" on Youtube with all the capitals. You can see it by typing "down in africa wale"

Loved the fact that South Sudan is included. My oldest is working with MCC in Juba and has been there for the last 2 years. I have a few pictures from their independence day. He said it was very moving to be standing there in a the crowd as everyone was waving their flags and celebrating the day.

Wow. That was quick - we only added that annotation yesterday, as it seems pretty clear that the future government of Libya will revert to their old flag as all the rebels are waving the 3 color flag.

South Sudan will formally come into existence on 9th July, 2011.

This video was made after the January 2011 referendum in South Sudan decided to create South Sudan.
