i tried pressing down + O after the first whirlwind attack, but came out a second whirlwind instead of the hit, pls help

O then after the 2nd kick O again, after the 1st wirlwind thing, down + O then after 2nd hit, press []
takes alot of practice u wont get it straight away just practice, the hardest part foir me is pressing [] at the right time
