Murray as an md was totally irresponsible by giving drugs to Jackson, (using MJ as a meal ticket basically) and was punished. Michael Jackson WAS responsible for being/becoming a drug addict. I want to hate this so called doctor, however if he not been perscribing this medication to Michael, he would most likely have had to turn to street drugs which are readily available everywhere in order to deal with pain caused by illness. Having seen his legs, it appears to me that Michael was suffering with adema or water retention. Murray is an idiot. He doesn't know how to do CPR, but he's a doctor. He can't administer Propofol, but he did anyway. I don't think MJ could've been saved once he was found on the bed. If Murray simply said no to MJ, and asked an anesthesiologist to administer the drug, Murray wouldn't be the one in trouble. Jackson's nurse didn't give MJ access to propofol, so she was fired, but she did the right thing. Murray did it for the money. Murray would rather be rich and know he is wrong.

The only part I don't agree with Jermaine on is when he cited that MJ doesn't hold and resp. for his death. I believe that MJ was addicted to pres. meds and he did not want to stop taking the drugs....his family tried to help him, but he denied he had a problem each and every time. If Dr. Murray had refuse to give MJ the propfol, MJ would have replaced him with a doctor who would. More than one person was involved in Michael's death. Whoever they are, God will take care of them. Even though Michael was murdered, maybe it was in fact his time to go. I hope we have representation from the whole world outside that courtroom like we did when Michael was on trial to show the world how loved Michael still is and how desperately we want justice.
I live in Oregon. I have a 2 still in school but if the trial is in summer I may try to come up with the money to go down there myself.

I want to hate this so called doctor, however if he not been perscribing this medication to Michael, he would most likely have had to turn to street drugs which are readily available everywhere in order to deal with pain caused by illness. Having seen his legs, it appears to me that Michael was suffering with adema or water retention. I'm not even sure if he had medical equipment on standby in case of an overdose. None the less, it was Michael's reliance on drugs that costed him his life. Murray is an idiot. He doesn't know how to do CPR, but he's a doctor. He can't administer Propofol, but he did anyway. I don't think MJ could've been saved once he was found on the bed. If Murray simply said no to MJ, and asked an anesthesiologist to administer the drug, Murray wouldn't be the one in trouble. Jackson's nurse didn't give MJ access to propofol, so she was fired, but she did the right thing. Murray did it for the money. Murray would rather be rich and know he is wrong.

The only part I don't agree with Jermaine on is when he cited that MJ doesn't hold and resp. for his death. I believe that MJ was addicted to pres. meds and he did not want to stop taking the drugs....his family tried to help him, but he denied he had a problem each and every time. If Dr. Murray had refuse to give MJ the propfol, MJ would have replaced him with a doctor who would. I don't believe that Murray was trying to kill MJ, in addition, he had not business giving him that drug at all.

What proof does anyone have that MJ requested the meds. that killed him? The only testimony that we have is from a bunch of losers ,who wanted his money. We are all going on the word of a shifty quack (Murray) and greedy family that couldn't care less about how Michael felt. Two days after he died they were in his home scratching and clawing over his belongings. It was completely shameful. What I found even more shameful is that the family refused to pay for his funeral! Janet only paid $49K. I feel for the kids.

More than one person was involved in Michael's death. Whoever they are, God will take care of them. Even though Michael was murdered, maybe it was in fact his time to go. Michael is right where he belongs, with God and the angels, not here in this piece of dog shit. Jermaine, I miss him dreadfully also, but Michael had to go back home. It was a short visit but there is no competition between us and God. HE makes the decisions for us of how long we stay and when it is time to go home.

According to the coroner's report and the fact that Murray himself and the bodyguard admitted getting rid of crucial evidence.
