Never was much of a Kid Rock fan but have to give him credit. He is bringing this great great music to a whole new generation. He wouldn't be up on stage with these guys if they thought he was a no talent tosser!

@cooltooth112 I totally agree about him riding the Southern Rock coat tails, but as a singer in a band myself, stumblng on a lyric is gonna occasionally happen, no matter how many times you've sung a song. The main thing is to keep going. Trying to 'rap' over the second half of the lead guitar break was where he really screwed up bad! It looks like they cut his mic to shut him up. He also stepped all over the harp players reprise, at the end of the guitar break. He's just too full of himself!

@earsmusic Who is the "real" writer? A lot of bands sing this song, does not mean they claim to be the writer. I cannot find anything on Smoothdog. You provide no dates -wrote it when? died when? Toy wrote this song, long before they were signed to Capricorn. These blanket claims mean nothing, all you do is say "poor" ..."too bad" , etc. ....nothing to support your comment.
