The actually have this in some exotic spa ( no not the shit eating fish moron) where there is a treatment for burn victims. They lay down in the water and the fish gets rid of all the burnt skin that builds up so healthy skin can grow back. Since the fish are being fed they save a bundle on fish food too :P.

What about the birds that clean a crocodiles mouth and the remora fish that clean sharks, that attatch themselves by suckers to the shark. The relationship between these animals is a symbiotic one, neither will harm the other deliberately as both benefit from the presence of each other.
