  • Four Seals?? I hope that they don't 'squeeze' into the flange and block the pipe. I have seen it happen before...plus the wax does not automatically form a 'tunnel'...If you used four wax rings then you must have had a flange that was close to 2" too low...Hope it doesn't leak on you...

  • just put 4 wax seals lol

  • I Think I'm in love. calling to try this product now.

  • Your onto something that is very much needed and will be appreciated by many people to come. How long will the rubber gasket last vs. wax please promote the use of your product by giving as much information as possible.I am interested and I am not a plumber by trade but I have a uncle who owns a plumbing business and could very well profit and save time on remodel jobs with your product. Will it last if properly installed? Thanks in advance William Talley

  • The spacers and Extender are made of the same material as a normal toilet flange. It was structurally designed to provide a water & gas tight seal.

    Thank you for the interest.

  • Awesome Product (No first hand experience yet) but if ya'll built this from durable materials it will be a time saver and a life saver for many many home owners and professional plumbers alike.

  • What if the pre-installed flange in an old house is two inches or more above the floor which keeps the bottom of the commode from even touching the floor?

  • This is EXACTLY what I need. . I consider stacking wax rings......,haha....... I see that is not the answer.....

I'm new to fixing things around the house....
