  • like WGparkours said you need to push your imits i dont mean go do a backflip off a house i just saying try like a flip vault or front hand sping somthing mabey learn a dash valut hope this helped

  • I'm sorry but i think that my video it' s brtter than this One....

  • don't worry,i agree with u. that was a long time ago. at least, i learned alot since then. i can even do a frontflip now. trust me, i'm coming back next year MUCH better.

  • You need to push yourself more, Ive only been parkouring 1 month, and I learned if I do the the same old, its all going to be dumb. I scare myself daily doing this stuff.

  • Parkour is about getting from place to place efficiently and safely, not doing what looks good. That means progressing at whatever pace you need to in order to be safe.

  • NO. THATS INSULTING FOR ME TO EVEN HEAR!!! WHAT?!?!?!?! DON'T PUSH YOURSELF PAST YOUR. you're COMPLETELY WRONG. I am so sorry, but this way will get to you. you are WRONG. It is to EXPRESS one's self, to enjoy, to have fun, to press the limits FARTHER THAN YOU THINK YOU SHOULD!!! I go to an open gym, and I just got back from one. I cant flip, last time I tried I just about killed myself...I did 78 attempts. on flat. Also tried a B twist, regardless of the fact that I landed on my side EVERY time

  • No buddy, that's freerunning =) And like I said, it's YOUR own pace, some people can learn quicker than others. I'm not talking about a textbook definition, I'm talking about the accepted definition by all Parkourers. Whatever you've taught yourself to think is all your own, that doesn't make it right. And I'm not saying your wrong, it is fine to push yourself if you feel comfortable with it, just don't yell at others because they aren't doing what you think is right.

  • No, I get mad, because it annoys me when people think they can make good progression like that. And lol, parkour involves expressing ones self A WHOLE LOT. I dont know where you get the idea that its only involved with free running.

I apologise, I didnt ask if you were just doing it as a hobby.

For that I apoligise. I thought you were treating it as a sport.

  • You can make progress like that, everyone has their own pace and it works. Yes, Parkour involves expressing oneself, but not pushing oneself to do flips and stuff, that is freerunning.

Parkour is neither a sport nor a hobby, it is a mindset. Treating Parkour like a competitive sport is very naive to be honest.

  • I dont treat it competitivly at all, I just go out and do.

Let me re-word what i said.

I didnt realise you didnt take it seriously

  • trying to push others and comparing how well you are doing to someone else is being competitive. I take Parkour very seriously. Maybe you should do the same and actually learn what it is you think you are doing =)

  • thats not at all competitive. I mean, you can make it that way, it all depends on what your intentions are. If you are trying to be better than someone while knowing you will improve faster that way (Which me and my group do all the time, but do it friendly), then it is just for the sake of improving, and just doing, again. Which you still dont comprehend.

  • What you seem to do with your group is fine. But what you said to Parkourmadness was competitive and trying to push him. You don't comprehend that I'm not talking about what you do with your friends. You know your friends and how they act, so you can do that stuff. You don't do that to people you don't know well, and you definitely don't push them.

  • To that I have just 1 response, but besides that you are right.

I am just trying to help. But I took a negative approach. I already realised what I did and I corrected it a week or so ago

  • OK, I didn't know that, and I respect that =)

  • You couldn't have know. I stepped out of line mostly.

  • It's fine =) You actually kept me busy on a very bad day, so don't worry about it :P

  • Glad I could help, ha.

Alright, im switching to PM's so as to not spam his vid.

  • And dont think im done. I tried a B twist 20 times. "This guy must've been parkouring a year trying stuff like that!!!" No. just about 3 months. You WILL NOT progress if you push yourself a tiny bit at a time. Leaps, my friend, is what causes mistakes and failures, which you learn from. Parkour has taught me SO MUCH about self discepline. I hope you check your definition of parkour. Because you're taking it out of a Dictionary. Im taking it out of my mind. Pitch the textbooks. This is parkour

  • que es esta mierda de video TT
