  • @28jzilla if you are hardened/trained well and if the weight seems to easy/light for you when u swing it (within the 30- 40 seconds) than extend the TIME (example -> 1. min) IF it is still "too" easy, than OF COURSE u have to put up some weights!!! It is about not getting undercharged. Find the right mix of time and weight to get charged when you do 3 sets, the 3rd one should bring you NEARLY to limits of executing the process of movement correctly... if not: go ahead like explained ;)

  • Hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got amazing Six pack abs and lost tons of weight with it.

  • @Fusiionx2 this will make your core stronger but the easy way too lose body fat is good old jogging not the treadmill its less affective , sit ups and all that make your core stronger while jogging tones but know one wants to do the hard stuff but plane old jogging is the go

  • @Fusiionx2 you need weight workout , use a sanda at least 10 kg , i use 40 kg and do front squats gorilla swings 2, 3 in another words you must sweat

  • @Fusiionx2 No, but you will get stronger abs. Your need to NOT eat more than your body uses. You CANNOT burn fat at specific parts of your body (its genetic, you cannot do anything about that).

    You need to workout your abs like the rest of the muscles if you want them to grow large. Hypertrophy (spelling?), 8-12 reps, 3-4 sets. And dont do the same exercises that are heavy frequently. Your muscles need to rest (both abs and back muscles).

    Cardio workout for more than 50 minutes.

  • Is there another way to do the gorilla swings? I'm afraid I might stump my growth if i use dumbbells.

  • @Bioshockgamer334 There are other core workouts you can do if you don't want to use a dumbbell. But I can asure it it won't cuase any problems with your high apart from your core hurting so much you have to walk around bend over!

  • @Bioshockgamer334 just do pushups and when your at the top just twist to the right then back to the left, thats what he is basically doing at 1:45 but in a different way. if you do the one i just stated it will be easier due to no weights, but if you straighten your back and really concentrate on activating that particular muscle at the peak point of your repetition, then you will achieve better results ;)

  • @5xJonesie7xx Funny enought these exercises was actually part of a thai boxing core and abs workout. It will but you must also drop fat and build your abs!

  • @entertainment033 The dumbbells are bowflex. EXPENSIVE! I just got it becuase a company closed down and they got rid of all thier stuff and sold it for 50% discount.

  • I did the 3d. and I did not stop the dumbell in time, that one hurt my balls, so good peeps, remember to swing it up again before it hurts!

  • @MMAClancy Try some of my workouts that only focuses on one ab area at a time. Search for Lower,Upper or Side abs workouts in my challen and you will find them.

  • @lolAlCapwn Your core is mainly made up out of the transverse abdominis muscle. Go search that on google and you will see where it is. Basically it sits under your normal 6 Pack Abs muscles.
