M61A1/2 fire at a selectable 6000 or 4000 rounds per minute. Almost twice as fast as Zacks M11/9

I'm not sure what RPM Dillon sets their M134 up to. There are several different designations for the same weapon depending on what branch of service you're in, I know it as the GAU17. IIRC (it's been 10 years since going through USMC Ordnance school) it can be selected either 2000 or 4000 rpm. I do know that it was originally speced by GM to fire 6000 RPM but was later slowed.

What are you running, pertaining to bolt assemblies? Its not JUST a Mac Jack in there X-D. Also, what model suppressor you using? I have a friend who uses a Gemtech Raptor. Either way, nice vid, and nice dump!

it's a standard bolt, but it's been polished and profiled a bit. the magazines and ammo selection, combined with the suppressor make more of a difference than the buffers however you are correct it is not just a macjack, there's actually not a macjack in the gun, it is buffers i made myself.

Well, it's running nicely! Are you an SOT? or for that matter, FFL? sorry I'm asking so many questions :-/. Also, what ammunition are you using? From personal experience, the stuff from AL, (I think its called Special K) runs really well... Also, feel free to use "gun words" with me. I am familiar with the operation (both use and dis/reassembling) of most weapons :-). Sorry for the potentially noobish-sounding question also, but how did you make your buffers? Thanks!

nope not a SOT. as far as ammo goes, i run whatever 147gr bulk i happen to have in stock, usually whatever i can get a deal on. the buffers, oddly enough are made out of an old computer mouse pad cut to fit.

God, ammo prices are ridiculous now! Its almost cheaper to by 5.7 than .308!! haha. You just have to be resourceful, which is why I think I may get into reloading my own brass.. At least the expensive stuff (match grade .308, 5.7, etc.) And the buffers: thats what I call resourceful right there!! haha, it obviously works!!
