This is one lucky surviver, who has proven worthy to pass on his/her genes to the next generation of turtles.
Turtles doesn't follow the same reproduction pattern as humans. They are most likely never going to meet their mom, and evolution never ment them to do so. They are left entirely on their own.
Help it. it is looking for its mom. Jeez just help it!
