    im on day 78, im 5'9 166lbs and 22% bf.

    I started off 192lbs, and 30% bf.

    I see results but i feel that my bf should be lower. i dont want to continue losing weight at this pace. any tips to lose bf faster?

  • @XF0N First of all, congratulations. Give yourself some credit because losing 26 pounds in eleven weeks is great. As a matterof fact, losing an averageof 2 pounds a week is one of the best ways to ensure you sre safe and the weight won't be coming back as easily. As far as your overall progress and tips. Make sure you mark in your calendar any day you have a cheat meal or skip a workout. Redo the workout or the weak if you missed two days. Track your calories.

  • You may also substitute Sme of the cardio workouts for sometjings more intense like Insanity.

  • @Beripped4life Should get it tomorrow. Then I'll do max cardio conditioning(insanity) to test it out. I've always wondered how many calories you burn on that workout

  • @amsk83r Yes, just double check it does indeed have a feature to measure calories burned as well a chest strap, not a wrist only watch
