After just over a year the paint started to chip and it stopped wanting to recharge. Unfortunately none of this is covered by the warranty and contacting Lelo results in accusations that I didn't care for my toy properly. But at <$200, I certainly wasn't risking any damage to it.
Very frustrating, especially considering I purchased such an expensive item in an attempt to reduce waste through the longevity of the toy.
I actually have a couple of Lelo brand products and a word of warning, make sure to buy from an authorized dealer or they will not honor their 1 year manufacturer warranty. I usually buy from holisticwisdom and have been very happy with their customer service.
