  • just by being motivated you immediately increase your strength. There was a study done a few years ago that had 2 groups of people performing a lift with their pinky. 1 group actually trained their pinky strength and one group only envisioned the movements of the training and the imagery group did almost as well after they test their pinky strength

    there is a study about plyos and the mind and how for plyos to be effective you have to visualize and really "think" about the movements

  • didnt kno there was a study on it thats preety tight....well thanks for the advice,...hey do you use that same visualization for weights ???

  • thanks...hey i tried those plyo's how u said 2 do them,(think each reo more explosive than the last) and i can tell that my plyo sessions are alot more effective now.
