this is not possible because to make a blackhole you need massive ammounts
of gravity pushing in all directions to one massive object like
when a star dies the fuel thats being used will push gravity away from the
center when the fuel is gone gravity forces itself into the core causeing
a collapse of the star and while that happens it pushes the fabric of

as usual, everyone has pretty much stated the answer. The energy and mass needed to sustain such a black hole and to help it increase in power is not available on the earth, and no amount of resources on earth are inside the Hadron Collider are going to do so other wise.

@redrubymist It only takes 1 anti-matter particle colliding with a matter particle to set off a chain reaction that CAN create a black hole, you are correct, usually thye just cancel eachother out, but sometimes they create black holes. And btw, human perception is at electrical speed, which is definitely SLOWER than the speed of light, a black hole would engulf the earth faster than we would know it.
