BE CAREFUL it will stop you from breathing. Be smart w/ it. Breath thru ur nose, mix the cinnomon w/ saliva before u swallow and then chew it down k i seen many people choke good luck

@ShavedKittens lol idk either i guess its just something about cinnamon that hard to swallow if its more that a teaspoon. imagine swallowing a whole lot of powder it drys ur mouth out and stick to the throat. i guess cinnamon worse lol great video
