@theomnation I'm sorry, that head went to power a 12 second flat pass (thats 12.0 not 12.9) I'd say thats pretty freaking awesome for something that's been ruined! :-)
@sccutlass FI does a good job at masking inefficiencies. You destroyed the velocity of the port, and killed low lift flow. The fact that you were even touching the floor of the port that close to the inlet, shows you had no idea what you were doing. Hack job port work is my big pet peeve. What was the port-port variance? What was the % gain?
And running a 12flat isn't that impressive at all, and a junk head will run 10's if you throw enough pressure differential at it. ;)

Its hard to get a clear view inside the stock head, though I'm sure there's a big difference between stock and modified heads.
