But at 8.1%, there are thousands less than can go unemployed, so to be able to get it to 9.6% and forcing out jobs that otherwise shouldn't be forced out takes REALLY bad policy making.

As long as overseas employment is allowed and the Employer is still allowed to live in America and have the benefits of American citizenship, it will stay this way. Most grandparents of the 20/30's would have been appalled in there time to here that this type business would be allowed by government, and would not be surprised from the Aftermath...which is today along with monopoly money.

You are not studying your Mises. Read Ludwig von Mises; that economist blows Keynsien economics out of the water. Since this conclusion is based off of this keynsien foundation, I can tell you it is incorrect. governments CANNOT run an economy. They can't even help it in any way except a few regulations to enforce contracts and reduce fraud. This applies of course to socialism but since you are speaking of Russia and China I feel this is well within the boundaries.
