You can blame whoever, but once she was out of secure Liaqat Park, with immence number of people gathered on each side of road, with slow movement of carvaan you can balme no one but to her as she decided to wave to public and come out so much that she became an easy target. Its a tragic incident, but every other person sitting inside the bomb proof vehicle was safe without any harm at all..Little bit care in such volatile atmosphare would have saved her life and all the choas in the country.
