I don't know enough Japanese to understand the lyrics but the title of the song in Japanese is Kanpai Ojosan....

It'd seem, judging from the title, that they mean "to toast" as in "Ladies and Gentlemen, please raise your glasses as I propose a toast to the bride and groom".

Is there anything in the lyrics about raising a glass in salute, or having a female drinking buddy or something like that?
