I think McLaren did an awesome job with the MP4-12C to say they'd been out of the production line for a while. I really hope this is the car that gets the name up there when someone asks you, "what's a supercar", "it's a McLaren, Ferrari or Lamborghini"

This will definitely be better than the 458 Italia (the McLaren certainly looks better) but it will not stand a chance against Ferrari's upcoming Enzo replacement. Ferrari revealed that they are working on a super rare, mid-engine, twin-turbo V8 supercar which will have about 700 hp. They admitted to hiring musicians to help fine tune the exhaust note, as they are all too aware that turbochargers muffle the sound.

I don´t think that Turbo means no Emotion or no good sound, maybe you guys remember the F40, Porsche 959, Ferrari 288 GTO, Jaguar XJ200 and so on. What turbo-Sportscars always deliver is pure terror. I really love this car for being strictly technical with no chi-chi and carrying that feel that it was build by proffesionals.

A turbo does not spoil anything, if its done right (and of course McLaren will do it so right), the engine should sound AMAZING!!!!!
