i know this sounds stupid but wat type of shoes do you wear in field hockey

@cupcake178 It depends on the type of field you play on, If its on Turf then you use cleats with metal on the bottom and if you play on Regular grass, you can use soccer cleats or field hockey cleats it really doesnt matter
