I am barefoot as much as I can be! I live in Southern California and the weather is perfect for barefeet or flip flops, thongs in some countrys! Altough sometimes I get negitive reactions from people when I am not wearing shoes. I may take a barefoot drive over to visit someone and they always ask, "Where's your shoes?" I just dont understand people.
I'm thinking about taking up barefoot hiking, in the hope that it will help heal my shin splints and achilles tendon problems. But it's freezing cold now. Do you still walk barefoot in the winter? And do you walk barefoot everywhere, even in towns?
@LeppardPrintAnimal Im fairly new to barefoot hiking and I go in the winter time no problem. It's a bit uncomfortable at first but you're awesomely engineered bare human foot will adapt in no time at all. I would like to go bare foot in town but I am worried of being refused service so I wear my Vibram five finger shoes.
