ppl with really good bjj can do it, but it's really hard for most beginners/intermediate grapplers. you have to give up your back and protect your head until u can roll into their gaurd. a lot of wrestlers try to roll and take their leg, but most good grapplers stay too low on the mount.

Great countering tactics, but two things to note. One, she is in his guard rather than mounting him. Two, these moves are in theory against a cage rather than in the center. Both positions should be a small advantage to a good MMA fighter anyhow.
