I watched the original snake kissing episode on 'You Asked For It" in the 1950s and THIS IS NOT IT! However, it is a good substitution. The owner of 'You Asked For It" are very protective of their copyright and will not allow it to be viewed without permission. The original had a shorter woman in a black gown with different features. The episode was much longer and the original woman kissed the cobra three complete times. This is very good, however, it is not the origina.l

If I've good memory, it's an old tradition that a virgin girl must kiss 3 times a cobra for the good will of the village she comes.

And Iam not sure but the last girl who did that died.
