@Daynknight1001 - Yeah, they aren't supposed to be too hard since the Army wants everyone to graduate BCT. But if you just get the minimum, it's not going to look good and that's going to affect your chances at promotion among other things.

sorry man, lol, just max my pt test today, (79 situps), do about 35-45 regular situps on your bed, then 15 same side obliques on each side, it will burns like crazy but won't hurt ur back... then do some crunches with ur feet elevated on the chairs, at least 50 remember to drop when doing sit-ups
