An die Zeile "We'll be right back" erinnerte ich mich noch, und gewusst, es heisst auch irgend was mit "Steinski" und "Mass Media", denn das hatte ich 1987 auf Radio Bayern 3 in der Ansage von Fritz Egner gehört!

Habe einfach nur "We'll be right back" eingegeben, und war bei meiner geliebten Rap-Nummer "Steinski and Mass Media, 'We'll Be Right Back' ".

@colt79sigma I'm in the UK. I just dug out my Fourth & Broadway 7" from between my Smiths and Sundays 7"s!!! (And the b-side is 'Bonus Beats' as per track 3 of the 12".) I bough it from Woolworths at the time and it says ©1986 on it. That's NINETEENEIGHTYSIX. That's not to say it wasn't released before but I've also got NME 'Hat Trick' EP with The Motorcade Sped on and that's dated Feb 1987. Rather fantastically, that EP also includes Sonic Youth and Sly & Robbie! Yowza!

The video was really cool, they had a bunch of celebrities lip syncing all the crazy lines. I remember Judd Nelson shows up for "It's sooo fresh!" section. This tune was way before it's time.
