Ok I underwent a surgery for deviated NASAL SEPTUM when I was 15 years old and since it was not corrected properly I again underwent a surgery when I was 18 years old. Before the surgery I looked good because I had a long nose without a hanging collumella but after the surgery i have a twisted, bumped and hanging collumella nose. Please give me some instructions I can take so that the next time I do a Rhinoplasty my nose gets better

Are revision rhinoplastys the same price for most doctors as it was for the initial rhinoplasty?
What are common policies that surgeons have on revision rhinoplasty? Do any surgeons give them for free or at a very low price?

It's scary to think that there are so many bad surgeons out there that someone could specialize in revision jobs and make a living. I've been wanting to get this done and now know i'm better off going to a doctor that fixes other doctors work. Don''t want to go through that twice!
