  • Fish sticks work!!!!! I eat like 6 fish sick and very lil mac n cheese and 2 spoon full of chactolate puddling.and waited like 30mins.then i ran 2 miles without stoping.and i felt no pain n my stomach.i felt like i could hav ran more

  • I'm in 7th grade and I'm running cross country. We have a meet about 2-3 times every week. Each meet is approximently 1.8 miles. At the end of the race my legs feel completely numb or feel like they weigh 1,000 pounds. I always feel super dizzy and almost pass out. Is this because I'm not eating enough through the day or because I'm not drinking enough water?

  • Hey man im a big guy I use to weigh 315 pounds and im 17 i currently got to 209 and i did track discus, shotputt and the 4/2 i run about two miles a day and go to the gym i can't run the best and im doing cross country my legs develop bruises on them and it hurts to run. i need some pointers and i think my shoes dont got anough support. plz help me

  • I have a question; ok i was never really a RUNNER, but i could jog for 15mins no problem during my high school football days, i could chase down just about anyone and out run them on a straight away, but now i can't seem to go longer than 3mins before im winded.but im very strong still, i have a husky builld, im 5'9 around 245-255lbs. Any suggestions as to how i can get back into the swing of things?

  • ive got a question.... about last year or so i was running about 5 miles a day... i recently started running again but it feels like my legs give out very early in the run and i can barley complete a mile now

  • My guess is that you just need to build up to where you were a year ago. It takes time, but you'll improve day by day.
