That was exactly my Time of Skateboarding. In the early 80's Skateboarding became huge in Germany thru the Help of Titus Dittman. He opened the first Skateshop, builded Skateparks and invented the Münster Monster Mastership where all the US Pro's skated. Great Times. I still have one of my old Boards: Santa Cruz Skull, Independent Trucks, OJ-II Wheels... :) The Style was different back in the days. We used to hang out at the Spots with Punks, Mods whatever. No Hating. Just all havin a good time.

Wriog, the deck Peralta pulls out of TV is in fact a Vato Rat, the often used "Rat Bones" is incorrect. I still have one in my basement signed by members of 87 Bones tour. But, to elect the best of all, I think we have to see who was the best overall (freestyle, street, vert ramp and mega). Mullen is the king on the ground and I think in vert, is Bob. Perhaps, by the history of the skateboard, Tony Hawk is the best in general?...
