I was flying a kite some 1000 feet from the outer stretches of an F5 Tornado. Mighty fun. Although the kite was made out of sheet metal attached to a 400 foot stretch of copper wire. I was wearing some thick gloves. This is ultimately the pinnacle of flying kites. The Kite was custom made in the shape and status of an Iron Cross. It was spinning like a ninja star at many points. So was I. They don't teach no one "how to construct and fly a kite in the midst of a tornado" - go figure NO BALLS.

@IndieApparatus can de as in the top floor you will see, to Get there i hope you know if you dont know you can go there by shuttle bus, at Marina bay Mrt station, come out of the mrt station. since theres a construction there you need to follow this path, come out of MRT station, Move to the road, turn right till theres a tempoary bus stop there a shuttle bus will ferry you to marina barrage

I'm flying a rokkaku for the instruction segment. At 0.31 in the tape is a blue kite with a long blue tail. Not sure exactly what it is. I believe it was a kite crafted by the flier. dg
