It's better to be united, smarter fools and vote for Obama! Obama has been right on the money all along. In the beginning of 2007, when he spoke about change, everybody went on chanting about naivity. Speaking out about Musharraf in Pakistan, everybody was talking about irresponsibility. Now, in 2008, Obama is no longer naive (since everybody is talking about change now), but he's talking about it just to sound different? What I see, is a whole lot of people standing up for change!

But what he has pledged to do, is to start off with a withdrawal as soon as he takes office!

I've done my research!!! And I also know that Obama stood up and demonstrates against the Iraq war when U and probably many others here were drewling over Bush's show of strength. Where was Ron Paul then? Where was he when it wasn't popular? Why does he bring his agenda only when he's running? Last time i checked he was on a libert. ballot prior to this bid! Here are the bets, you name the amounts:

1) I was 'drewling' over Bush's show of strength.

2) Obama "demonstrates against the Iraq war" (He did no such thing. He voted for every Iraq wear funding bill, in fact)

3) Ron Paul made an impassioned speech against the War before it began on the House floor! I remember him trying to force a vote on declaring war on Iraq!

4) Ron was a Republican congressman prior to the Iraq war (else how could the above have happened).

His commitment in 2002 is not only unimpeachable, he did the most of ANY politician to try to steer us away from the war path!!!

Not only did he vote against the war and against every FUNDING BILL for the war (which Obama voted FOR), he tried to make Congress accountable for the war by forcing a vote on declaring war. His colleagues weren't pleased.

Ron also wrote prolifically on the subject of Bush and the neocons before neocon was a household term. He wrote and gave speeches many times prior to the Iraq war on where this will all lead, and he's been prophetic!

Hell, even back in December 2001 he warned we were on a war path to Iraq!

The vocabulary that the Democrats are using is the same made-up "war on terror" stuff that Bush/Cheney invented and sold to the mainstream media. If you're against the war in Iraq and you're planning to vote for one of the mainstream Democratic candidates, you should know that a REAL anti-war candidate slipped in among the Republican frontrunners.
