Fans need to understand that a part or Mariah's struggling now is because of them. This woman has such an incredible voice, and she was always performing live, specially the most hard to sing songs! Its not about vocal power or strength, its about how difficult her songs are to sing, using most of her registers in just one song. You try that for 20 years then tell me if it worked for you better than it did for her. Its not like shes been singing Baby one more time lol

It's not lipped, because the rest of the video is out-of-sync as well. And if you compare her voice when she introduced Trey Lorenz (the portion where she randomly plants a kiss on TL's cheeks and go "Who's this? Trey Lorenz."), with other supposedly lipped segments, you'll find that it matches. None of this song is lip-synched.

Fans need to understand that a part or Mariah's struggling now is because of them. This woman has such an incredible voice, and she was always performing live, specially the most hard to sing songs! Its not about vocal power or strength, its about how difficult her songs are to sing, using most of her registers in just one song. You try that for 20 years then tell me if it worked for you better than it did for her. Its not like shes been singing Baby one more time lol

Maybe Mariah's voice really changed a tiny bit, still she is the best (together with Whitney) and anybody else could only dream of reaching that level of perfection. @ageordieboy this is nothing to what it used to be years ago, or how many years ago are you considering? because if you compare this to her Fox 95 special, or the 96 Tokyo Dome or her 96 mix of from New York to Tokyo (the same actually) then THIS last one of 2009 is a terrible performance. If you are comparing this to her 2000 rainbow performances then yes, it was better, still she left the more difficult parts to her backup singers and she didn't hit all those acrobatics she used to on thatsong

I completely agree with OMG Paolo. I timed it from 2:35 to 2:50 just like him. its obvious she faked that part but who doesnt do it!! she neededto sound goo at the most important part of the song: the climax of it.
I love mariah to pieces, regardless of her voice not being as great as it used to, she is so talented and so much connects to everyone for the kind of life she had before becoming a star.

It's not lipped, because the rest of the video is out-of-sync as well. And if you compare her voice when she introduced Trey Lorenz (the portion where she randomly plants a kiss on TL's cheeks and go "Who's this? Trey Lorenz."), with other supposedly lipped segments, you'll find that it matches. None of this song is lip-synched.
