Hey Nick...California "sucker" here,...Its not Just there! Its in the Bay Area San Fran too!...Being a low credit holder...I posted a add looking for a "non Credit based rental!"....well got a reply from the "homeowner" met and signed a contract and The rest you have explained to the "T"...what happens when the Previous Home owner who forclosed...moved out and rented it to me!!!!........WelL IM IN COURT NOW...and the BROKER that was Pretending to sell the home! is Loosing his Lic!.
