Oblivion How To: Meridia's Daedric Quest

I really want this ring, but I'm a weak level 10 Nord Battle-Mage. I've done all the Mages Guild Quests already, and every Necromancer alone is like a mini-boss to my character. This game really wasn't intended for you to be a jack of all trades.

I always felt that the Ring of Khajiit was a somewhat odd reward for Meridia to give you. Dawnbreaker in Skyrim made much more sense.

Does anyone else think this quest is fucking bullshit? Sure, its only 5 necromancers, but there's also all the other undead in that cave (Dread Zombies, Faded Wraith, Skeleton Heroes, etc) plus everything the necromancers summon. Not only that, but the level requirement is 10! My level 17 can't even do it! Plus, the reward is fucking terrible. Absolute bullshit quest.

@qwakken You do this quest because the reward is horrible. In the main quest you have to destroy a deadra artifact. :)

No I did it and killed them (1 hit kill)by getting sneak critical damage x3 without them. I used silver arrows and elven bow

YEA IM A LVL 43(i dont mean to brag though) which you probably see why i got past this mission so easily i just used a chameleon 100% spell yall have to make 1 of those spells BEAST!!!!!

If you were a good assasin like me (only lvl 3) you could have owned them all and none of them would have known you were even there. Dark Brotherhood Assasin

@YingYang357 no u couldn't have theres no way to kill them without them attacking and usually if one attacks then they all attack. also if you almost kill them they can heal and regain most of there health this mission is extremely hard.i gave up on it on the first try

This isn't a good guide. The mace of doom means you use no technique and no one knows how to beat them without it. I, for one, dropped it somewhere and lost it. What am I going to do? These necromancers are infinitely hard.

She's against necromancers like they are, so why not!

I wondered that from the moment I heard the quest. Also, you can also use bonemeal or mort flesh. If the bonemeal is worth 2 gp you're boned, it can't be used.

A level twenty ? thief guy. Sucks in combat but he's got the Mace of Doom so he'll own anyone if he can get a hit on 'em.
