Jongejonge wat leuk. Ik was bij het concert en geweldig om dit weer te zien. Het leek wel een applaus voor zijn hele carrière. Volgens mij was het dat ook. Het is mijn favoriete nummer, en ik kon gewoon niet geloven dat ik dat nu een keer live gezien heb, en dan zo'n geweldige versie. Ik vond de band trouwens fantastisch zingen. En wat een plezier straalde er vanaf. Bedankt voor deze mooie herinnering Rick.

He sounds really good on here. If I had been there, it definitly would have been an emotional performance for me. I probably would have been a little teary. This is one of my most favorite songs. :) I want to see Brian in concert.

Dit was de vierde keer dat ik Brian en zijn geweldige band live mocht zien. GON was inderdaad het absolute hoogtepunt van deze memorabele avond. Brian en de band waren in topvorm. Een groot deel van de Beach Boys kwam voorbij. Er had vamij wat meer SMILE in gemogen.

Als vijftiger heb ik toch heel wat twintigers gezien.

Het hele concert was echt helemaal GE-WEL-DIG! Maar dit was inderdaad het hoogtepunt van de avond.

Echt Fan-tas-tisch was het. Brian Wislon is zo'n legende, en ook al is z'n stem geen schijntje van wat het vroeger was, god only knows, absoluut geniaal, zingt hij echt prachtig. En dat applaus is echt een kippenvelmoment met als hoogtepunt/anti-climax: 'Thank you for the applause we appreciate it very much'. Typerend voor Brian haha

Grappig trouwens dat ik en paul als enige twintigers rondliepen in paradiso. Aankomende zomer weer op roadtrip en surfen, met in de auto uiteraard; THE BEACH BOYS!
