i would honestly love it if you had this exact version on a sheet music. Ive played the piano for about 14 years but havnt played seriously the past yrs due to school. I can play the original but this is far better

Thanks, I learned this song mainly by listening to David's version off of his dvd. There is also a songbook entitled "By request" You can get both of them off of his website.

Where did you learn to play that song??

This version for the most part was learned by ear from listening to different versions that David has played both live in concert and from his commercial recordings. If you look at the sheet music there are similarities and differences. I have heard this song live probably 6-8 times and every time David makes little improvisational changes. What I tried to do here is best capture the things that I liked best about this song. :)

You can get the music from David's site.  I believe firmly in supporting the artist. He autographs everything and personalizes it to you which makes it even more special. Thanks for the compliment and the "By Request" book is where I pulled this version from.

I use an old HP530. It is about 11 years old and not a fancy digital piano at all. I have played some of the KR series machines and they sound great !!!
