Can you explain why God created the universe?

God is the creator of the begining and end in this universe and everything the universe contains, he is infinite energy that can not be destroyed. i for some reason believe in extraterrestrials though, other intelligent beigns in this gianormous universe.

Go, pick up an astronomy book. A lot of them. And you're probably all expecting me to say that they disprove creation and that religion is against common sense, but when you read about all this, the scale of God's creation and his power really comes into perspective. And he is so much bigger than all of this...
