I am totally against psych drugs and always have been. I tried to talk to parents who medicate their children with this garbage/ I think parents are addicted to the idea that their kids cannot do without psych drugs. When I chalange them to excersie common sense they simply ban me from their forums. They told me, You are not a doctor to give us this kind of advise/ You'd better go to study English. But when their beloved children die of side effects, they will start saying differently

been off the (legal) dope for 3 yrs, been doing great,a change of diet and started exersizing, get some sun, dont isolate, dont hold onto resentments, help people without execting anything in return. was on meds for 14 yrs and they almost destroyed me and my health and my wallet even with good health insurance. while my doctor got fatter and richer. no respect for the fda now.

Crazy - and my doctor tried to get me to take prozac years ago too - .......in the end I got so sick of the doctor going on about it and pushing it that I took the prescription just to shut them up......its ridiculous. I took one - that was the first and last - I could tell there was something in it that didn't make me feel right. I felt and looked like a heroin addict after only one. The doctor insisted that they're not addictive - I didn't believe them. I got over depression naturally.

I think if it wasn't for the fact that I don't believe in taking pills I might have taken more of them. someone once told me that if you can't pronounce the ingredients then you shouldn't be taking it - and the more I think about it, the more I agree..........I very very rarely even take a painkiller - most times we don't need to. There seems to be a pill for everything nowadays. I don't like it.

I'm with you. Actually, sine a young teen, I haven't even taken aspirin or acetamitophen[spelling is wrong] ! When I have a headache, I drink more water, and take a nap. I'm doing ok! lol

I've found that the people who have the most headaches are the ones who take the most pills................I wonder if their 'headaches' are just a withdrawal symptom sometimes?

I think its too easy to just take a pill rather than try to look after yourself - I use your 'cure' for a headache most times and it usually works. I get very few headaches unless Im tired.

Anyone with a moral structure is going to get imbalanced in our societes that are so grossly immoral they disgust us to our very core.

No pill can fix that. They can only make people indifferent.

My concern is for those who are so morally compromised and degraded that they don't experience pain or upset.

People do write prozac and all those other anti-depressant drugs and they are literally given out like candy I know a friend that had no appitite and went through some program and he said its like the psychiatric just made up he had a "very very mild case of depression" and asked him for prozac and he said no. He said he wasn't even depressed and he had to see the psychiatric as a part of the program and most psychiatrics you see are just full of crap.
