I started by making my own videos. As far as the people that I make videos for now,, I have nothing to do with who they use. I would suggest if you want to be active in this that you start makinng your own for youtube, that's what I did.
well Steve i am not a Lary but i am a person who cares for people like you! tom and everyone else who is a lary! i knew some people who used a artificial larynx scared me at first but doesn't bother me anymore i feel that smoking is bad for you! i wish there was a way i could meet you and we could talk :) i remember when my dad smoked! it was so ugly and gross! i wish there was a way that i could join you guys to help stop people from smoking what do you say are you with me ??? :)

I didn´t had yet patients that have been laringectomized, so please let me ask you a question just by curiosity, do it Hurts when you introduce those prosteses in the stoma ? Once aigain, very good video, will help people who are laringectomized for sure.
I had my total 2/15/07. It all comes in steps, EL, then a TEP, lot's of practice, then the handsfree system in combination with the TEP. Lot's of talking in front of a mirror, trying different products until I found the one's that worked for me.

Cleaning the prosthesis is simple, wash with antibacterial soap,flush with peroxide, soak in peroxide for 24 hours. Good luck. Steve
