@sorcharosie Nobody keeps the whole ancient Law, because the Temple is gone and thus there are no laws of worship that are kept relating to the Temple. Also, many Laws were made for the civil society of Ancient Israel 3,000 years ago that are no longer valid civilly. Also, many laws of ritual purity are no longer followed. Remember, the essence of the Law (not just laws) was to honor the Only God above all things and to treat your neighbor as you would like to be treated.

@kaydeelyn , Even when you become Christian you still do not have all the answers to life. It is an ongoing learning process. The only thing is whether we are religious or not, the fact is that everything in the world is rooted from evil or good. So, most normal thinking people would rather follow the path of good. Or most people want to do good. So that is why people turn to religion. The want to seek something the represents good which love comes from.

@kaydeelyn , So I always find myself having the upperhand over people that do not have this relationship with God in life. I can always sense fear in people and they always try to compensate for it with a false look of courage on the outside but I can see right through that. Evidence of this is when I ask simple questions of if people fear death. Their answers almost always never makes sense.

If you take all the known factors required for life, the right sized moon, liquid water, circulating iron core, plate tectonic the list goes on and on, if just one of those factors was removed then you don't have life. So all of those factors have to be there at the same time for human and animal life to exist. In the Holy Bible it is said that the moon, stars, sun point to the handy-work of God. You need all of the factors for life to be there at once, everything is too precise and balanced, even if the magnetic field were less than it is life would suffer. If Hitler did actually believe in a god of some sort, it may have been a twisted version of the biblical God but not the actual God of the bible. However, in order to label anyone or anything as good or bad and expect agreement, you need an independent standard by which to judge it as such. The judgement call itself implies the standard. In order to have that standard which supercedes both the observers and the practitioners of an act (eg, crusaders and Hitler bad) which your own words appeal to, a higher power is required.

Also, many Laws were made for the civil society of Ancient Israel 3,000 years ago that are no longer valid civilly. Also, many laws of ritual purity are no longer followed. Remember, the essence of the Law (not just laws) was to honor the Only God above all things and to treat your neighbor as you would like to be treated.

Priests of the Old Testament were mediators of worship, offering sacrifices for the people and going to God on behalf of the people for their sins (Isaiah 43:27). But, now we can go directly to God with no need for a human mediator. All we need is the one and only Mediator, Jesus Christ.

I can always sense fear in people and they always try to compensate for it with a false look of courage on the outside but I can see right through that. If you take all the known factors required for life, the right sized moon, liquid water, circulating iron core, plate tectonic the list goes on and on, if just one of those factors was removed then you don't have life. So all of those factors have to be there at the same time for human and animal life to exist. In the Holy Bible it is said that the moon, stars, sun point to the handy-work of God. And indeed it does.

@timcp1 King David was nit higher than other men. Not a chance. The fact that he was the least evil of the three kings in ancient times does not make him greater than other men. His own stupidity and lust made his children suffer after his death, SUFFER. His death was rather cruel too.
