I believe he is a minister of the Lord Jesus Christ... the trappings of titles, denominations, etc. are manmade. He's an anointed vessel of God. Nuff said...

He doesn't mean apostolic as a denomination, he means it as a mandate. An apostle is one who "sends. That is the definition of the word. So it means that we are to empower others to go and spread the gospel. His way of spreading the Gospel is through music. So when he speaks to those of us who are also worship leaders, he is commissioning us or sending us to handle our calling with integrity. He is a Worship Leader and Minister of Music...
