@nor048 Just my opinion, but my "S" rank on this mission came from Andy, Olaf, and Drake. Olaf and Drake will halt Sturm's advance with their CO powers and keep them from expanding. Andy's will keep him in the fight to hold the middle as long as you can. Start out with Andy's APC units distracting the Black Cannons while you capture the entire island in the center to hold off the enemy.
Yeah, the results are random, as I figured. I got an S rating on this mission according to my game, but this was 2 years ago and I have no idea how I did it.... because I try your strat and it looks solid when I watched it, but it never turns out that way on mine, at least. I know I used Andy, Olaf, and Drake for this mission, though.
You could just move a Collin bomber through the center, you can beat it in nine days, and Sturm is too stupid to kill it, just make sure you use silos to pick off the anti-airs that he builds while you are bombing.
i followed this whole thing exactly but my max day 6 doesn't look the same as yours. the recon on the right is in the city beneath the base and the rocket is one space down and one space left of where your enemy has them. sup wit datttttt?
you just have to bomb the deathray with a CO that has an offense boost (max, eagle, kanbei)
That's if you just want to beat it.
If you want a good score, power and technique are based off the CO that moves first. Kill 10% or more units in a single day for max power and lose 20% or less units throughout the whole battle for max technique. This is all based on the middle CO.
I just want to tell i not 13yaoi, im his younger brother. But i own the advance wars dual strike game, not my bigger brother. He owned the original game, but he doesent have it anymore because i lost it. And Sturms, Javiers and colins theme rock!
