I have always thought that stretching was to elongate short hamstrings and therefore have always believed that my leg muscles were too SHORT to complete a full and over-split. Thanks! I have been so excited to FINALLY get it all done. I discovered how expensive and timeconsuming it is to produce a professional dvd which is why it took so long, but now it is done! Believe me - this will change everything!

Hi! This is exactly what you need! I used to tear my hamstring all the time because i was forcing it in the wrong way... by releasing off all of the real things that are holding you back you wont have to force the muscle anymore and it gets SOOOO much more mobilie!
