1. Hold "Down" for 3 seconds

2. "Up" + "Leg" (at the same time)

It DOES work on EVERY version of SF2 - original, turbo, champion edition, etc...

Can people stop commenting on hardest setting or whatever? This is the original Street Fighter II World Warrior - arcade release. There is no settings just play.

If I'd compare this to the SNES game I'd say it's about as hard as level 6. But it's a lot more exponential from the first fighter to the last boss. Arcade games are after all designed to collect money but not too quickly so the first few are quite easily beaten.

Although it's tempting to say there is no difficulty setting, arcade games did have dip switches that allowed you to adjust the number of credits per coin, continues allowed... and how hard the game is. A1Major does point out this is the "hardest difficulty" in his description, after all, so I think comments about it are justified. It's just too bad most people doing the commenting are basing it off the SNES and later iterations like Turbo instead of the arcade World Warrior.
