  • Oh.

    Oh...

    Just brilliant stuff.

Got to love bad video technology, so endearing like a incontinent puppy.

  • it must have been so dangerious making this video

  • JJ for life…still kick ass!

  • I was 13 years old when I got 'Liquidizer', that album and 'Doubt' still get played very often in my home and are both appreciated and loved now as much as they were all those years ago.

  • so glad i had this to listen to as a tween.I feel bad for kids nowadays.they are trained to have bad taste.with the exception of a few old souls, who probably hide it from their friends.music isn't what it used to be.my friend's 12 year old claims that black and yellow is the best song ever.nough said.

  • These guys sure know how to use a greenscreen.

  • I fucking hate this song i only came on here to see who sang it as its on a 90's radio station every day....

  • @fishercake

I take it Justin Beiber is more to your liking ;-)

  • The early 90's felt so bright and promising.

  • Music was cool in the 80 and 90s. It's not cool nowadays.

  • vic and bob did this in a right smart way on big night out

  • An exhibition of the most early-90s hairstyles ever XD

  • has VEVO taken over all songs in youtube , omg !

  • I like the video but no the song

  • while "Right Here Right Now" was getting all the radio & airplay, this song was getting a lot of play on my crappy double deck tape player late nights while i played Nintendo when i should've been doing homework ;-) I never get tired of this song!!

  • Love this tune as much as i did all those years ago, some of the tunes i found just of late make me love dance trance all sorts of music toppppp

  • TUNE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ha h I know what they were doing making this video, they were probably tripping their nuts off. I lknow I was when I was watchin' it back in the day!

  • I really like this song, but I do not like the video that much. I, always, thought this video should have been shot in or around the Himilayas.

  • @solorgana Indeed, great song by this great band, but what the bloody hell were they thinking with this junior high school-quality video?

  • @lxixlxixlxix It was pretty good for 1991

  • @lxixlxixlxix a High gloss video would have never have found favour with this Group, because they were not that kind of flashy video Band.

Even though it was very cheaply made, the facts you had one of their best singles with images over them floating over famous world land marks;meant this very cheap video stayed in peoples memories for decades.

Because of it's visual style,it is in fact oneof the most unique Visual Music Videos of the 1990's.

  • @rogerhoward555 - Sounds transcend visuals... This is the first time I've ever seen the video, but the song lives with me... *peace*

  • Who remembers (and had?) those crazy undercut haircuts?

  • @pixieswan yeah I admit I did. I listened to Jesus Jones, EMF, wore Vision Street Wear and watched 90210 and thought I was the shit. Oh yeah this song is also in the film Freejack.

  • @hardtechnoboy

Don't forget STUSSY wear! :P LOL I was there, too! "So unbelievable!" a nod to EMF.

  • @pixieswan I still rock a 2 block cut in summer

  • say these guys live with stereo mc's back in the day with my girlfriend from high school....awwww memories....jesus jones is awesome...

  • I would like to be at least 24 =(...or 25 but I don't remember JESUS JONES =(...it's sad i'm not from that generation =S...But I like it a lot

  • Gotta love Jesus Jones FOREVER! I even got my teenage kids hooked!

  • F*ck off VEVO. I couldn't give a toss about Lady Gaga's latest single.

  • fuckin great band,i was only 18 when this was out.

  • cant believe this is 20 years old, remember bopping along to this at the school disco and local nightclub on there under 18's nights

  • @dragonflyboy100... fuck yeah

  • this a blast from the past!!!!!loving it they were quality

  • I used to absolutely love everything they ever did, I only started looking for this stuff because me and my girlfriend, who I was at school with at the time, were talking about this just the other day.

  • Can't believe this was out 20 years ago! Still got the single on vinyl somewhere. Classic track.

  • I'm so tired I can hardly think so I feel instead...... Lived by this couplet

  • One of the worst videos i have ever seen

  • @pfive This video isn't THAT bad. I've seen some better ones, but wonder of wonders, it's not a collection of half-second close-ups of anyone.

  • @shmuli9 I watch it quite a bit now because the guy flying in at 0:31 is hilarious

  • @pfive Indeed! For some reason, that part reminds me of this HORRIBLE (but very funny) Japanese TV prank where these public toilets all of a sudden thrust up into the air, letting EVERYONE see these men quite exposed (they were crapping, so EVERYTHING is exposed).

  • Lordy I am old enough to remember the original release. I rented the tape, magnetic strips of plasticy stuff to you youngsters :), from my local library. Okay someone fetch my zimmer frame.

This brings back some very pleasant memories. Ah my misspent youth.

  • @Dermacrosis

im the same been a 80's and 90, kids and young adult we had the best years

  • top tune, top vid

  • jesus!!!!! still love this song

  • This was the Bollox!!!

    Haters are simply talking BOLLOX!

  • Fantastic! Why can't we have bands like this now?

This song could pass for a long lost Beatles composition (I believe that the drum lead-in here is a sample of the drum lead-in to "Birthday"!)

I miss those very cool stage & video moves from 90's bands too! still looks cool (somewhat) after 20 years. Much cooler than the moves the bands have today.

  • @Ellwoodian It definitely is the 'Birthday' intro slowed down.Well spotted,

  • early 90s videos were tremendously coool.

  • @ady10001 cos they made sense. some vids today dont

  • @ady10001 early 90s were good but mid and later was crap

  • @TheUWF SOME of the later stuff was/is good, but that whole "AutoTune" thing is bizarre - it lets almost ANYONE sound good in the recording studio, and it is used far too often to mask what would be rather mediocre voices...

  • @shmuli9 auto tune is just a cheap way for people like lady CACA to cheat. SHE uses that stuff live all the time. it's just sent through the sound board. grammys, concerts, etc. all of these disney bozos use it.

I should use it just to make a song about all of those losers. like do a really nice voice and then a shit one mocking them. haha

  • @TheUWF That would hilarious - I hope people would inderstand it would be a parody - it seems a lot of peope don't even understand the concept. A few years ago, someone actually wrote to Miss Manners that they "were offended when people replied 'nice to comments like 'I slipped and skiined my knee'", when "nice" meant obviously exactly the opposite.

  • Awesome song...end of stiry

  • what a great song!!! what a cheesy video!!!

  • love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i saw these at the radio one roadshow in scarborough... god i was young but always remember them! Great times!

  • I forgot how much i used to love jesus jones, its at least 17 years since ive even thought about them, then one day some synapse fired in my brain for no apparent reason, and here i am nostalging. Fuck im getting old.

  • @timegrinder lol 20 years ago feels like yesterday

  • Push F5 to get rid of the commercials.

  • Wow ... this video makes me dizzy. Sit still ya hyper-active '90s buggers!

I had their albulm, still don't mind the sound, but visually ...

  • @Rihia2k Trallagh upon Ian Beale?

  • fuck anybody who says i cant think my own thoughts .i still like this song after 20 years

  • @dragonflyboy100 yeah keeping opinions the same for 20 years is very wise. if it changes due to new music tastes coming in (mainstream crap again and again), then your thoughts arent very strong. and your feelings have a low price on them.but urs obv cost alot more

  • @dragonflyboy100

    & so do I!!!!!!!!

  • @dragonflyboy100 this song kick ass 20 years ago and still kicks ass 20+ years later !!!

  • @dragonflyboy100 always listen to the voices in your head, pmsl

  • awesome clip, Marlin manson covered one of there songs

  • This song sucks...what are they saying?

  • @anomoly507 ..Don't listen to it then.

  • Ahhh we were so optomistic back then

  • they were huge in the early 90s. lots of top ten hits

  • great song

    groningen

    nederland

  • have there album on cassette somewhere i think they were exciting and a lot of energy just seem to be forgotten i think this was there big hit

  • I totally agree with RogerHoward. Also, this is an awesome song. This group, (in my opinion) didn't get the publicity that they deserved. They are an awesome band.

  • They went #1 with right here right now. how is that not enough?

  • This may look like a cheaply made promo video, but nobody can deny that it is one of the most eyes catching videos to come out of the whole 1990's period.

The perfect unison of music and image.

  • AND GOOD FRIENDS TOO

  • got all there albums, saw them live back in 1992 and i still think there AWESOME !!!!

  • did they reform?

  • Reform...! to my knowledge they did,nt officially break, i believe they still are together.

  • Fucking ace!

  • got this one, fucken love it.... doubt is a fantastic album....
