This is the general problem with women interviewers. They should shut up more so the interviewee can speak for themselves more! But they talk too much, repeatedly ask questions with "right?" at the end without giving pause for the interviewee to answer, and ask questions SO obvious that they are laughable (e.g.: " So you must love to share your experiences on some level.." No kidding! That's why he's giving you the interview!). Great information, but the interviewer is a typical woman.

@jamescs1969 When you say 'these kinds' of clearances, you don't meanit literally - unless you ALSO have family working directly in UFO crash retrieval, for in those levels, clearance is highly compartmentalized. Further, as Cliff has explained elsewhere, he DID have to fight to stay out of prison. Also, 'the military' is far from monolithic. There are forces in it who want this stuff released, and some people have been cleared to leak SOME of what they know. Just a little.

But a couple of things... one, I had a family member who knew some stuff, and that preconditions my perspective; an uncle, dead many years now, who was in Air Force Intelligence, and told us, in his dying days, of things he saw up close and personal. Sagan crossed the skeptic line into debunker territory.

A cousin - same side of the family as that uncle - had one even stranger and closer than mine. I've also had what I'll term a 'contact' experience with what I can only call beings of light. The fact that a lot of effort has been put into ufo disclosure such as this interview is great, but it's a little disappointing that this interview was of quite poor quality. I found the whole interview to be quite difficult to follow, sometimes in the middle of cliff answering a question it would cut to him at a different part in the interview where, also i thought that some of the questions that the interviewer asked were strange or confusing.

@jamescs1969 When you say 'these kinds' of clearances, you don't meanit literally - unless you ALSO have family working directly in UFO crash retrieval, for in those levels, clearance is highly compartmentalized. Further, as Cliff has explained elsewhere, he DID have to fight to stay out of prison. Also, 'the military' is far from monolithic. There are forces in it who want this stuff released, and some people have been cleared to leak SOME of what they know. Just a little.

Cliff Stone has provived a LOT of documents to back up his story you should google. Another thing to keep in mind is that the humans involved might now always be calling the shots. Sagan did overreach when he suggested the 'experiencers' are hallucinating, as that too is an unscientific suggestion - lacking any evidence. 'Hallucination' is poorly defined, and I do think Mack was in as good a position as is possible to rule out psych. pathologies as a cause. Dr. Jacobs' work also fails to find any such pattern. Sagan crossed the skeptic line into debunker territory.

A cousin - same side of the family as that uncle - had one even stranger and closer than mine. I've also had what I'll term a 'contact' experience with what I can only call beings of light. The fact that a lot of effort has been put into ufo disclosure such as this interview is great, but it's a little disappointing that this interview was of quite poor quality. I found the whole interview to be quite difficult to follow, sometimes in the middle of cliff answering a question it would cut to him at a different part in the interview where, also i thought that some of the questions that the interviewer asked were strange or confusing.

The reporter is asking many questions that would be asked by someone who has done a lot of background research into this topic. There is a wealth of information out there and yes, it can be difficult to separate chaff from the grain, the reliable from the questionable or "just out to make a buck." Keep at it. Clifford comes off as a little too much to believe.
But,...one must consider that at some point there had to be people involved in the actual retrieval and investigation of the downed craft. Now, as far as I know, Clifford is one of only a handful of people "ever" who has come forth in that capacity...
When it comes to people who have had a close enounter of that type in military circles he is rare...
Believable? Maybe not but is anything really beleivable in this field?

@mathentanglement I agree with your comment, but if it's not true and he's just telling a story then is he still a threat to the government, himself or his family? Probably not. He is one of the few that has never mentioned specifically the officers names who were giving him the orders, his commanding officer, etc. - Don't you think that is important if you were only a Sgt and resources need confirmation for a valid investigation?

Anyone with experience with deceivers and a good judgment of character can figure it out, no degrees needed-maybe you might need one, then again many people with degrees have no common sense. 3) after a few minutes you can "feel" that interviewer starts to ask more carefully cuz of having suspicions about mr. Stone's credibility

Kerry, I love that you do these incredible interviews! However, it is so frustrating when, just as the interviewee (especially those who speak slowly or cautiously) is about to finish a thought that promises to be deeply revealing, you interrupt with a new question. Just something to be aware of...not meant as criticism. Another suggestion I would make is not personal - it's that music that starts these all segments... let's just say that in comparison, silence is golden.

What's the original recording date on this vid? The part on the "scanning the paper" is very similar to the movie "Constantine". This flick came out in 2005. If not, sounds interesting.
